Daniel is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Galen Healthcare & Aesthetics in Greer, South Carolina. His undergraduate degree is a BS in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Bob Jones University and a BS in Nursing from University of South Carolina. His graduate degree is a MS in Family Nurse Practitioner from Clemson University.
He has a broad base of experience and has worked in Medical-Surgical Services, Emergency Department, Perioperative services, Orthopedic Surgical Center, Interventional Radiology, Critical Care Units (ICU, CCU, CVICU), and Cardiovascular Telemetry. His focus in medicine also extends to the application of hormone replacement therapy, thyroid therapy and integrative medicine and functional medicine. Daniel is passionate in working with patients to optimize their health and overall wellness through a combination of traditional western medicine and holistic integrative and functional medicine.
In addition to his role at Galen Healthcare & Aesthetics, Daniel is a US Army Reserves officer and a Veteran of the Iraqi Freedom War where he practiced as a provider caring for over 18,000 service members. He earned an Army Commendation Award for his service during that time. He was also mobilized in 2020 to Newark, NJ & Harlingen, TX to provide medical care for the critically ill affected by Covid-19.
